2. Scope of Services

FinSecuring specializes in control and secure management of resource flows. We offer three main categories:

• Information Products
• Physical Goods

3. Professional Services

3.1 Description

Our Professional Services include consulting, implementation, and support oriented toward safe handling and tracking of transaction processes. All services are delivered by qualified staff in accordance with project specifications.

3.2 Scheduling and Delivery

Upon confirmation, we assign a schedule and deliverables. Any changes must be agreed in writing.

3.3 Reimbursement Policy

3.3.1 Standard Services: If you request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase and no substantial work has begun, we will reimburse you in full, processed via the original payment channel within 30 days.

3.3.2 Post-Commencement: Once significant milestones are met or work has commenced in earnest, no reimbursement will be granted. In special circumstances, service credits may be issued toward future engagements.

3.3.3 Scheduling Adjustments: You may request a schedule transfer up to 7 days before the start date. Approved transfers will not incur additional fees.

4. Information Products

4.1 Description

Information Products include digital manuals, workflows, and training modules offered for download or streaming.

4.2 Access and Use

Access is granted immediately upon purchase. License rights are non-exclusive and non-transferable, limited to your personal or organizational use.

4.3 Reimbursement Policy

Digital content is fully refundable within 7 days of download if the content remains unused and no access codes have been activated. Requests after this period are not eligible for reimbursement, due to the immediacy of digital delivery.

5. Physical Goods

5.1 Description

Physical Goods include security tokens, hardware modules, and related devices shipped to your specified address.

5.2 Shipping and Handling

Orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via our carrier partners. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier schedules.

5.3 Reimbursement Policy

Goods may be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full reimbursement (excluding shipping charges). Returns should follow our packaging guidelines. Reimbursements are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

6. No-Reimbursement Services

Certain customized training sessions and one-on-one strategic reviews are non-refundable once confirmed. This policy ensures resource allocation and expert scheduling remain efficient and fair to all clients.

7. Payment Processing

All fees are quoted in your selected currency and are due upon invoicing. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting at finsecuring.com. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
